Richard Johnson is a four-time Champion Jump Jockey. At 42, he’s got loads of experience in horse racing and is a bit of a father figure to the younger jockeys.
One of his best friends, retired 20-time champion, Sir Anthony McCoy said: “He made me better, I knew if I could beat Richard Johnson, I could beat everyone else.”
He recently finished second to Brian Hughes in the 2019/20 Title race and will be gunning to get back to top spot next season.
A natural born winner, Brian Hughes is the reigning Champion Jump Jockey.
Based in Cleveland, North Yorkshire, Brian has been the top rider across the North of England for many years and is often cited as one of the hardest working jockeys in the sport.
He’ll no doubt be fighting it out for top honours for many seasons yet to come.
Sam Twiston-Davies was always destined for a career in the saddle – his dad has trained two Grand National winners!
He has risen up the ranks and at only 17 he rode to victory on his first Cheltenham Festival winner.
He’s a bit of a thrill-seeker away from the track, too, and in his spare time likes skiing and even camel racing (yes, that’s a thing!).
Her partnerships with Grade 1 winners, Black Corton and Frodon have bought about her most treasured career moments to date.
